Legal stuff for Market Stalls
The Kimbolton Sculpture Festival 2020 will offer visitors a choice of high quality, boutique goods.
Market stall sites are 3m x 3m and cost $80 for the day. Stallholders will be located outdoors on the Kimbolton Domain Sports Ground. Market stalls will form one element of the festival which will also feature an outdoor sculpture competition and free family entertainment.
The Trust offers local fundraising community groups and local individuals the opportunity to apply for free stalls. These must showcase local goods and be of a high standard of presentation. This offer is for stallholders from a 25 kilometre radius of Kimbolton and the Trust reserves the right to accept or reject registrations on a case by case basis.

Non-food craft and merchandise stallholder guidelines
1. Preference is given to ‘Make It, Bake It, Grow It, Breed It’ stalls.
2.Stalls that are bright and festive, with clean presentation are preferred.
It is the organizer's expectation vendors will offer quality goods and operate in a businesslike manner. We will accept stall applications who can demonstrate experience and offer innovative products
Camper vans are offered adjacent parking nearby overnight but cannot remain occupied on the Domain itself overnight.
All stalls are situated outdoors on grassed areas. You will need to bring your own gazebo or tent to display your goods and to provide personal shelter.
Electricity is not available other than to local food providers.
