STALLHOLDERS

Stallholder site registrations are now open for the 2027 festival.

Registrations close 15 November 2026

Festival stall sites: $130.43 + GST per site.

Site registration fees are charged per site and are cumulative

e.g. two sites will cost $260.86.

Each stall site measures 3m x 3m

All stall sites are located outside on grassed areas.

You will need to bring your own gazebo or tent for shelter.

Electricity on site is not available.

Campervan overnight parking is available nearby.

PLEASE NOTE: REGISTERING YOUR INTEREST DOES NOT ENSURE THE ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR APPLICATION.

A final decision on acceptance of your registration rests with the organizers. Once your application is approved we will invoice you directly via email

Stall sites are free to local stall owners who reside within the area bounded by, or along, the following roads, Cheltenham Cross Road (to the Rangitīkei River), the Rangitīkei River, Ruahine Road, Te Parapara Road, Main South Road, Table Flat Road, Oroua Valley Road from Table Flat Road to Pohangina Valley East Road, Pohangina Valley East Road to Makoura Road,  Makoura Road, Ridge Road to Coulters Line, Coulters Line to Kiwitea, and Kimbolton Road between Kiwitea and Cheltenham, as shown on the map.
