Sites are located outdoors on grass.
Stallholders must provide their own gazebo or tent.
Electricity is not available on site.
Campervan overnight parking is available nearby.
Site fees are charged per site and are cumulative. E.g. if you require two sites, the cost would be $260.86 + GST.

Applying for a stall
Registrations close on the 15th November 2026. Registering your interest does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to approval by the festival organisers. If your application is approved, we will email you an invoice for the applicable site fees.
Your stall booking is confirmed once you have received the Terms & Conditions and paid your site fees.
Local stallholders
Stall sites are free for eligible local stallholders who live within the area shown on this map.
The eligible area is bounded by or includes Cheltenham Cross Road (to the Rangitīkei River), the Rangitīkei River, Ruahine Road, Te Parapara Road, Main South Road, Table Flat Road, Oroua Valley Road to Pohangina Valley East Road, Pohangina Valley East Road to Makoura Road, Makoura Road, Ridge Road to Coulters Line, Coulters Line to Kiwitea, and Kimbolton Road between Kiwitea and Cheltenham.
